Director, Protein Sciences

Role: Senior leader overseeing Protein Sciences within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine R&D, focusing on antibody discovery and biologics development. Responsibilities: evaluate therapeutic targets through structural and computational analysis, design and engineer proteins to optimize stability and function, and develop immunogens for hit identification; contribute across target assessment, antigen design, and protein engineering domains. Requirements: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, or related; 10+ years' experience in biologics discovery or protein sciences; proven leadership in pharma/biotech; expertise in antigen design, structural biology, and biologics workflows; strong communication and strategic thinking. Preferred: experience in Oncology, Immunology, or Neuroscience; people management skills.
