Director, Project Management Search & Evaluation

Role: Director of Project Management Search & Evaluation, leading external innovation assessments and early-stage due diligence for biopharma portfolio growth. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end evaluation processes, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, oversee governance, and support data-driven decision-making; develop tools and templates for pipeline tracking and evaluation. Requirements: advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc/MBA), 12+ years in biopharma with 8+ years managing complex cross-functional projects, experience in external innovation, due diligence, and partnering platforms; strong stakeholder management and communication skills; PMP or similar certification preferred.
