Requires deep understanding of global regulatory requirements (IND/CTA, NDA/BLA/MAA), experience supporting a Project Management Office, and proficiency with project management tools such as Planisware. Preferred certifications include PMP or MBA. Skills: Strong leadership, influence in matrix organizations, excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
