Director, Program Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Lead the cross-functional Program Team to define and execute an integrated molecule strategy aligned with long-term corporate strategy and enterprise priorities
- Own and evolve the Target Product Profile (TPP) and Integrated Development Plan (IDP) to optimize molecule value
- Drive key program decisions by defining strategic options, risks, and recommendations with functional leaders
- Serve as the enterprise voice of the molecule, aligning stakeholders on strategy, priorities, and decisions
- Drive day-to-day execution to ensure program milestones, timelines, and deliverables progress
- Shape molecule-level inputs to annual budgeting, portfolio, and long-range planning (assumptions, risks, value drivers)
- Proactively identify strategic/execution risks (competitive, regulatory, market shifts) and develop scenario-based mitigation
- Prepare and deliver program updates, recommendations, and decision materials to Executive Team, Board, and governance forums
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performing team; contribute to evolution of program leadership practices/governance

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related discipline (preferred); MBA/equivalent training (plus)
- 15+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience with progression into strategic leadership
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional drug development programs across stages and/or launch planning, commercial strategy, and lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of global drug development and regulatory strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead in highly matrixed environments without direct authority
- Must be “hands on” and willing to delve into details
- Experience with IND through NDA filings and/or new product planning (plus)
