Director Program Operations Leader

Role: Director of Clinical Trial Management Program Operations leading operational strategy and delivery for complex clinical programs at Regeneron, supporting the clinical development organization in a hybrid US-based setting. Responsibilities: oversee program quality, timelines, budgets, and team success; contribute to protocol design, feasibility, and study planning; monitor KPIs, drive risk mitigation, lead vendor and CRO oversight, ensure inspection readiness, and support regulatory inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in clinical operations; deep knowledge of GxP, ICH/GCP regulations, and SOPs; proven track record managing complex clinical programs, budgets, timelines, and external vendors; strong leadership in staff development and cross-functional communication.
