Director Program Manager, Product Launch (Rare Disease)

Role: Program Management lead for the launch of Rezolute's first rare disease drug, RZ358, focusing on operational readiness and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities: oversee the entire launch plan, coordinate between teams (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain), develop dashboards and KPIs, monitor risks and variances, facilitate communication with senior leadership, and support post-launch activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred); 8+ years in program or project management within biopharma, with at least 3 years supporting rare disease product launches; strong understanding of commercialization processes, cross-functional management, and experience with specialty or first-in-class therapies. High-Value: rare disease (hyperinsulinism), pre-commercial or launch phase, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, program governance, and use of project management tools.
