Responsibilities: develop and optimize integrated program plans, manage risks, facilitate meetings, maintain budgets and timelines, and enhance program management systems. Requirements: BS/MS in scientific/engineering field; 12+ years pharmaceutical development experience; strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Preferred: experience managing teams across drug development stages; familiarity with regulatory filings; proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
