Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive cross-functional, late-stage clinical-stage program teams to develop and deliver the Immunocore portfolio; translate program strategies into cross-functional plans and ensure delivery.
- Partner with the Program Lead to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery of assigned programs.
- Provide program management leadership: input into project strategy/vision; ensure alignment with operational delivery.
- Lead development and launch planning (including alternatives and scenario planning); manage marketing authorization submissions and cross-functional launch/new product introduction with Commercial.
- Partner with functional areas (pre-clinical, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, safety, data management) to refine integrated program strategy/timelines, identify critical path, and keep programs on track.
- Establish short/long-term goals; proactively identify issues/risks and facilitate mitigation.
- Coach teams through issue resolution, decision-making, and contingency planning for complex issues.
- Monitor deliverables; provide regular stakeholder updates via dashboards/reporting/tools.
- Perform day-to-day program management (meetings, agendas/minutes, action items); develop governance and strategic presentations.
- Maintain program management best practices; provide standards/templates guidance; champion program management methodologies.

Education & Qualifications
- BS/BA or higher in a life science discipline (or equivalent).
- Typically requires a Bachelorβs degree and 16+ years related experience (or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- MS/PhD/PharmD/MBA in immunology, biochemistry, cell biology, or related.
- Prior BLA/MAA filings and new product launch experience.
- PMP certification (preferred).
Experience & Skills
- 12+ years relevant biotech/pharma experience in R&D project or product management.
- Extensive late-stage R&D drug development knowledge.
- Proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheet and PM tools/processes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams).
- Delivery-focused, proactive risk/issue identification and solutioning.
