Role: Lead cross-functional management of late-stage clinical programs within Immunocore’s immunotherapy portfolio, focusing on strategy development, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities: partner with Program Lead to align and execute program plans; develop comprehensive development, launch, and regulatory submission strategies; facilitate cross-department collaboration across preclinical, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams; monitor project milestones and risks; and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: BS/BA in life sciences plus 16+ years’ experience in biotech/pharma R&D project management; advanced degrees (Masters, PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred; expertise in late-stage drug development, regulatory filings (BLA/MAA), and project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet); PMP certification desirable. High-Value: Extensive experience in biologics or immunotherapy, especially in oncology or autoimmune indications; proven success in BLA/MAA submissions and late-stage clinical programs; familiarity with GxP, regulatory processes, and cross-functional leadership within biotech/pharma.
