Qualifications: Bachelor's in a life sciences or related field; 8-10+ years in biotech/pharma project management, with experience in drug and CMC development, especially ADCs or radiopharmaceuticals, preferred. Skills: proven success in managing complex development programs, CMC ownership, cross-functional leadership, knowledge of FDA/EMA requirements, and proficiency in project management tools.
