Director, Program Management

Role: The Director of Program Management leads strategic cross-functional planning and execution for multiple drug development programs, partnering with Research, Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Quality, and Leadership to align strategies, timelines, resources, and milestones from early research through lifecycle management. Responsibilities: oversee program governance, facilitate executive decision-making, develop integrated plans, manage risks and resources, and drive operational excellence. Requirements: PhD or Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field; 10+ years in pharma/biotech with significant experience managing cross-stage drug development programs; strong understanding of development processes, regulatory landscape, and governance; proven leadership in matrix organizations; excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred: advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PharmD), oncology development experience, familiarity with regulatory milestones (INDs, NDAs), external partnership management, PMP certification, and portfolio planning expertise.
