Role: Lead strategic and operational management of multiple oncology development programs at Summit Therapeutics, focusing on late-stage clinical trials for investigational bispecific antibody ivonescimab in NSCLC and CRC. Responsibilities: oversee program execution, align cross-functional teams (Research, Development, Regulatory, Manufacturing), facilitate decision-making at executive level, and ensure disciplined governance and milestone achievement. Lead scenario planning, risk management, and continuous process improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years (or advanced degree with 6+ years) in pharmaceutical/biotech project management, with extensive experience in solid tumor oncology, including late-stage (Phase 3) trials and registrational activities. Proven success leading global, complex programs and managing external partnerships strongly preferred. Skills: exceptional communication, strategic leadership, proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Office, Project, Smartsheet). Work setup: travel required for key meetings; salary range $190,000β$237,000 USD.
