Director, Program Management

Role: Director of Program Management responsible for overseeing multiple drug development programs in rare neuroendocrine diseases, from early phases through regulatory submission. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional program strategy execution, developing integrated development plans, managing risks, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies, and ensuring stakeholder communication. The role involves facilitating core team meetings, tracking progress, and driving continuous process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in pharma/biotech drug development, with at least 5 years in project or program management. Experience in clinical development (Phase 1-3), regulatory pathways, and rare disease indications is preferred. Skills include strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, exceptional planning, and strong communication. Technical proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet is advantageous.
