Responsibilities: operational execution of clinical trials, program planning, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and process improvement; supervising clinical scientists and study managers; representing clinical operations on development teams; supporting scientific leadership and publications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 12 years, Master’s with 9 years, or PhD/PharmD with 6 years in pharma/clinical drug development; strong leadership, project management, and GCP/ICH regulatory expertise; experience in clinical trials within immunology, gastroenterology, or autoimmune diseases preferred.
