Role: Program Lead overseeing clinical development for the Tulisokibart IBD asset, focusing on strategic execution from planning through post-marketing. Responsibilities: lead and manage global, cross-functional teams; ensure operational excellence across clinical trials; support program planning, regulatory interactions, and stakeholder engagement; contribute to scientific initiatives and process improvements; supervise and develop direct reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, Master's with 9+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 6+ years in pharmaceutical or clinical drug development; extensive leadership experience in clinical programs, especially in immunology or autoimmune diseases such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. HighValue: gastrointestinal/autoimmune therapeutic areas, biologics or small molecules, early to late-stage clinical trials, GxP compliance, vendor management, and global trial leadership. Collaboration: work with internal teams, external vendors, KOLs, and regulatory bodies. WorkSetup: hybrid; travel ~10%.
