Director, Program and Portfolio Management

Role: Director of Program Management overseeing drug discovery and development programs from preclinical to clinical stages, primarily focusing on GPCR-targeted small molecules. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams to define strategies, develop integrated plans, manage risks, and ensure timely execution; coordinate regulatory submissions (IND, CTA); facilitate communication with stakeholders and prepare internal/external presentations; contribute to process improvements. Requirements: Ph.D., PharmD, or MBA; 10-15+ years in biotech/pharma, with proven experience in small molecule discovery, clinical development, and program strategy; expertise in endocrinology, immunology, or CNS; proficiency in project tools like Smartsheet; strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills.
