Role Overview (Director, Product Success)
- Collaborate with product management and delivery to drive strategy for product adoption and customer activation; serve as primary voice of the customer shaping the product roadmap.
- Embed with forecasting/commercial stakeholders globally to understand business problems and configure the product.
- Co-develop training, enablement materials, and communications to help global users effectively adopt the product.
- Propose/prioritize/evaluate features based on user needs and business impact; translate user insights into actionable requirements.
- Define and manage KPIs for adoption, satisfaction, output quality, and business impact; set targets and report progress.
- Develop/execute quality assurance plans; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a product success team; mentor and coach; foster customer obsession and learning.
- Build trusted relationships with forecasting leadership, commercial operations, and IT; influence strategy/investment decisions with ROI framing; present outcomes and success metrics to senior/executive audiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years in analytics, product management, or consulting in pharmaceutical/life sciences.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical forecasting and commercial operations.
- Experience leading product success/product management for a tech/analytics platform; strong stakeholder management in a matrix environment.

Preferred
- MBA/advanced degree; experience scaling analytics/technology products for enterprise users.
- Familiarity with AI/ML/GenAI/agentic analytics; consulting/advisory background; global commercial forecasting team experience; adoption metrics and user-feedback-informed roadmaps.
