Business Performance Director
What You Will Do
- Advance and scale Process Intelligence capabilities to support enterprise transformation priorities, including process simplification, automation, and value realization.
- Execute prioritized transformation initiatives, enable capability adoption, and strengthen operating model, governance, and delivery infrastructure for Process Intelligence across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Process Intelligence execution across prioritized enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and realize value through process optimization, automation, and performance improvement; ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across concurrent initiatives.
- Develop tools/structures/methodologies to scale adoption; enable transformation teams; build and manage repositories of process insights and best practices; promote reuse of assets and scalable delivery models.
- Support governance frameworks, standards, and KPIs for Process Intelligence; align with transformation goals and value tracking.
- Partner with RDO, DTI, and business teams; advise senior stakeholders; drive alignment and executive communication of insights/outcomes.
- Oversee deployment of process mining/task mining/analytics; guide teams in turning complex process data into insights and decisions; support evaluation/testing/onboarding of new technologies; inform future-state tool strategy and data requirements.
- Foster continuous improvement culture; provide thought leadership; enable capability uplift across teams.
What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 4 years OR Masterโs + 7 years OR Bachelorโs + 9 years in data science, business analytics, process improvement, engineering, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications (skills/experience):
- Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives; translate strategy to execution; manage direct and matrix environments.
- Deep process mining/analysis/performance optimization; hands-on Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining; Power BI/Tableau; work with large unstructured datasets; automation tech (RPA, AI/analytics).
- Experience with governance/KPIs/value tracking; enterprise transformation and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Influence senior stakeholders; communicate complex insights; global matrix experience.
- Problem-solving in ambiguous environments; accountability/ownership; collaborative partnerships; comfort in dynamic transformation.
