Position Summary
Director, Process Engineering (Global Capital Project Solutions) provides process engineering subject matter expertise to support capital programs and network initiatives across Cell Therapy Manufacturing, Biologics Manufacturing, and Pharma Manufacturing. Ensures process solutions for capital projects are defined, governed, and executed in alignment with business needs, EHS requirements, health authority expectations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead process engineering solution definition for strategic/complex capital projects; deliver user requirements, process flow/P&ID diagrams, equipment specifications, and technology assessments.
- Author and maintain technical design standards for process and facility design; coordinate best practices across sites.
- Partner with Global Capital Project Delivery and Manufacturing Science & Technology to ensure designs/specs meet business and regulatory needs.
- Facilitate a community of practice for knowledge sharing.
- Support Quality programs (QMS, GROe, PEARL, health authority inspections).
- Interpret/apply EHS and regulatory requirements (global manufacturing).
- Participate in GMP design reviews, PHA, and PSM reviews.
- Use process simulation tools to optimize designs and operational outcomes.
- Provide ad hoc technical support to the PDS network.

Qualifications & Experience
- BS in chemical or mechanical engineering; MS preferred.
- 15+ years capital project design/delivery in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience with sterile/non-sterile drug product manufacturing, ADCs, and other modalities.
- Strong facility design/equipment specification/contamination control/GxP/regulatory knowledge.
- Ability to lead technical teams, influence with minimal oversight, manage multiple priorities; end-to-end project delivery preferred.
- Process simulation tool experience preferred.
