Director, Precision Medicine Neuroimmunology

Role: Lead the development and implementation of precision medicine strategies in neuroscience, focusing on neurodegenerative disorders, within AbbVie's neuroscience pipeline. Responsibilities: design innovative approaches using fluid biomarkers, digital tools, functional brain measures, and imaging for projects from late-stage discovery through Phase 3 trials and beyond; serve as a scientific expert on cross-functional teams; communicate technical insights effectively; establish external collaborations with vendors and KOLs as needed. Requirements: PhD in Neuroscience or related field; approximately 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for expertise in neuroimmunology; proven experience in pharma/biotech R&D; skilled in influencing cross-functional teams; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
