- Own and continuously evolve the governance framework to enable scalable, high-quality decision-making across the portfolio
- Establish decision quality standards (options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations)
- Facilitate governance forums to drive structured discussions and actionable outcomes
- Define governance performance metrics and translate insights into a closed-loop improvement model
- Synthesize governance outputs into portfolio-level insights, surfacing cross-program risks and systemic bottlenecks
- Partner with senior leaders and governance chairs to align priorities and reinforce governance expectations
- Drive cross-forum integration to streamline escalation pathways and improve decision flow
- Coach and develop team members to build skills and capabilities for portfolio delivery

This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, or consulting
- Proven experience designing governance frameworks, operating models, or decision-making processes
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and action
- Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performance teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
- Experience leveraging technology/digital solutions (dashboards, workflow tools, analytics platforms)
