Director of Portfolio Analytics

The Director of Portfolio Analytics will lead Urogen’s data-driven transformation initiative across its oncology portfolio, developing and implementing innovative analytics and forecasting strategies that empower senior leaders to optimize performance, streamline operations, and accelerate growth for all assets, including Jelmyto and Zusduri. This leader will champion and leverage advanced analytics to inform investment decisions, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning.

Working cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT, this individual will design and implement scalable analytical solutions that support both day-to-day decision-making and the overall portfolio strategy. The Director will foster a culture of data literacy, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights, dashboards, and training to drive business success.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive analytics and forecasting strategy tailored to support portfolio success addressing distinct market dynamics and customer landscape opportunities.
• Design, build and proactively maintain senior executive presentations with the latest business and customer performance data and maintain reporting tools that provide real-time performance insights to portfolio stakeholders.
• Analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement at both individual brand and portfolio-wide levels.
• Partner with other leaders to evaluate new market opportunities and optimize asset prioritization using predictive models, with special consideration for the unique patient volumes and referral patterns in UTUC and bladder cancer.
• Integrate external data sources (market trends, epidemiology, claims data, segmentation data, supply chain data) to enhance portfolio analytics and forecasting.

• Design, develop, and execute portfolio models that inform short-term and medium-term forecasts for near-term corporate revenue/earnings projections.
• Standardize data collection and reporting practices across the portfolio, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training in analytics tools and best practices to support key stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new analytical technologies to keep the company at the forefront of portfolio analytics.
• Design and maintain best-case, base-case, and worst-case scenarios to address portfolio growth curves accounting for seasonality, market uptake and treatment adoption rates.
• Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning to enhance data analysis, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights for portfolio management.
• Map patient referral pathways and access barriers to support Jelmyto & Zusduri.
