The Director, Portfolio Digital Capabilities & Innovation, HIV Treatment will lead the portfolio business strategy for identifying, prioritizing, scaling, and driving adoption of high-value digital capabilities and innovation across the HIV Treatment portfolio.
A core focus of the role will be advancing capabilities such as NBA/NBE, AI-enabled engagement, personalization, and emerging digital solutions, translating successful brand-led pilots and enterprise capabilities into scalable, repeatable approaches that create value across multiple HIV Treatment brands.

Lead the HIV Treatment portfolio business strategy for the continued evolution and integration of NBA/NBE and related precision-engagement capabilities.
Translate brand and portfolio priorities into actionable capability requirements and use cases, including opportunities to strengthen signals, triggers, decision logic, and personalization.
Partner with Brand Marketing, DSO, Analytics, Sales, and other stakeholders to advance precision-engagement capabilities and identify opportunities for continued optimization.
Drive integration and scalability as the HIV Treatment portfolio evolves, balancing differentiated brand needs with opportunities for greater consistency and efficiency.
Partner with Customer Engagement & Experience to ensure digital capabilities enable the intended customer journey while maintaining clear ownership of portfolio customer experience strategy within that role.
