Director, PMO

Role: Lead program management for Commercial Infrastructure initiatives within Alkermes' commercial operations. Responsibilities: oversee project planning, governance, and execution of infrastructure projects; develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions; support integration efforts related to acquisitions and organizational change; partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Data Analytics, Commercial Operations, and Marketing Tech. Requirements: 10-12 years' experience in pharma/biotech commercial, PMO, or consulting; BS in Marketing, Business, or related field; strong project leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in project management tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet/Planview preferred). High-Value: extensive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial infrastructure and project governance; familiarity with marketing tech stack, data architecture, and integration planning; experience supporting organizational transformations and acquisitions. WorkSetup: hybrid at Waltham, MA; onsite at least 3 days/week, no fully remote option.
