Director, PM&OE Operations & Integration

Role: Operational Integrator for the Portfolio Management and Operational Enablement (PM&OE) Team within Digital Human Health (DHH), focusing on strategic operations, systems, and tooling to optimize cross-functional delivery and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leadership, align team priorities with DHH standards, design and improve operating models, resolve cross-pillar operational hurdles, manage capacity and delivery planning, and ensure quality assurance of key deliverables. Drive operational best practices, facilitate change management, and monitor the impact of improvement initiatives. Requirements: 10+ years in strategic operations, management consulting, or operational leadership within complex, matrixed IT or digital health environments; advanced degree in Business, Information Science, or related fields; deep understanding of enterprise IT systems and tools; experience in healthcare or regulated environments; strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. High-Value: focus on digital health, AI adoption, operational excellence, and cross-organizational stakeholder engagement. Work Setup: hybrid with a travel requirement (~10%).
