What You Will Do
Serve as a strategic PKDM-BA leader on cross-functional teams, advancing small molecule programs from candidate discovery through clinical development and regulatory submission; influence portfolio strategy and critical development decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic PKDM-BA leadership for small molecule discovery and development programs.
- Drive cross-functional project team progression via scientific innovation, risk assessment, and proactive problem solving.
- Lead PKDM-BA contributions to regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs) and interactions with global health authorities.
- Define and execute scientific strategies for candidate selection, optimization, development, and registration of small molecule therapeutics.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies/approaches to improve understanding of drug disposition and development outcomes.
- Partner with business development for external opportunity assessment and scientific due diligence.
- Build collaborative relationships across therapeutic areas and partner functions.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and inspire scientific talent.
- Contribute to organizational strategy for future small molecule PKDM-BA capabilities.

Basic Qualifications (required)
- PhD (Doctorate)
OR PharmD
OR MD (with relevant post-doc where applicable) + 5 years industry experience in relevant disciplines
OR Master’s + 8 years industry experience
OR Bachelor’s + 10 years industry experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership across multiple small molecule programs.
- Regulatory submission experience (INDs/NDAs).
- Expertise in drug disposition, PK, and translational strategies.
- People management; publications/presentations; strong communication and stakeholder influence.
