Director, Pharmacovigilance Hub

Role: Director, Pharmacovigilance Hub within Regeneron's Global Patient Safety Operations, overseeing country/regional PV execution to ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring local safety activities, maintaining awareness of legislative updates, supporting inspections and audits, addressing compliance issues, and coordinating with global and local teams on safety reporting and requirements. Leadership duties involve building and scaling a high-performing team and managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) with 12+ years of pharmacovigilance experience, especially supporting regulatory inspections and quality management at regional or country levels. Experience with AI technologies and cross-cultural coordination is preferred.
