Accountabilities:
- Provide team leadership to ensure PharmSci business processes operate smoothly (CapEx, OpEx, Governance), partner with Procurement to deliver year-over-year savings, and support development of SOWs, contracts, and purchasing support.
- Develop a strategic vision across PharmSci functions; deliver near-term benefits and support long-term organizational direction.
- Develop tools and trackers to streamline decision-making and support executive reporting.
- Synchronize, implement, monitor, and report activities; manage timelines, risk management plans, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Lead PharmSci Clinical Manufacturing transformation; manage roadmap/workstreams (sequencing, risks, issues, opportunities, resource plans, change management, progress tracking, budgets).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess, execute, and sustain strategic initiatives.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment; develop measurement and feedback mechanisms for transformation/change.
- Provide strategic advice to leaders; support workstreams with process/execution excellence, project management, facilitation, problem-solving, change management, and value creation.
- Partner to develop training and communication strategies, curricula, and content.
Qualifications/Skills (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelorβs degree in science or business required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years R&D or consulting experience in pharma.
- 8+ years people management and/or leading global complex matrix teams.
- Experience implementing large-scale strategy; restructuring/outsourcing/M&A/value capture (M&A/integration ideal).
- Accountability for mission-critical deliverables in supply chain/plant operations, bioprocesses, CMC, formulation, quality, or R&D operations.
- Strong strategic and operational background; ability to synthesize complex data and drive solutions.
- Strong business/financial acumen; structured thinking; excellent written/oral/presentation and persuasive communication.
- Strong written/oral communication.
