Director, Pfizer Patient Services (PPS) Patient Solution Insights & Analytics

Role: Lead data-driven insights and solutions development for Pfizer Patient Services within the Specialty Care business, focusing on optimizing patient programs through advanced analytics. Responsibilities include representing PPS insights leadership, synthesizing multiple data sources for strategic recommendations, defining KPIs, maintaining data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative analytic methodologies. The role also involves monitoring program performance, managing budgets, and partnering with digital, operations, and access teams to translate insights into action. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, master's with 7+, or PhD with 5+ years in a relevant scientific, business, or data-driven discipline; extensive experience in biopharma analytics, especially within patient services or specialty care. Technical skills include proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Excel, with experience in secondary data analytics and primary research. Strong leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
