Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of integrated corporate campaign strategies across Pfizer’s owned, earned and paid ecosystem.
- Synthesize and deeply understand brand, audience, and competitive insights to develop campaigns that build enduring brand equity and deliver business value.
- Lead cross-functional teams across media, analytics, technology and operations to launch campaigns across channels, geographies and audiences.
- Identify, establish and own key brand partnerships to deliver meaningful brand acts that connect with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Oversee and manage agency of record for breakthrough creative and end-to-end execution; ensure clear scopes of work, excellence in creative and production, and timely, efficient budget management.
- Partner with corporate affairs, R&D and biopharma leadership to align campaigns with and amplify Pfizer’s broader enterprise narrative and scientific strategy.
- Partner with analytics and insights to develop KPI framework and establish ongoing brand tracking.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in brand or consumer marketing, or at an award-winning agency leading integrated campaigns for global brands.
- Ability to understand audience needs, extract key insights, and translate them into strategies and in-market results.
- Track record of leading teams launching breakthrough advertising and meaningful brand acts at a large multinational company.
- Preference for global experience across markets, cultures, and languages.
- Track record delivering brand campaigns across owned digital channels; partnering with media for amplification opportunities; executing earned strategies that grow brand value and relevance.
- Strong executive presence and excellent verbal/written communication; ability to influence senior leaders.
- Exceptional collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Thrives in high-energy, uncharted environments; accountable and deadline-driven.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; ability to set leading/lagging indicators and adjust based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree.
- Life sciences/pharmaceutical industry marketing experience (plus).
