Reporting to Executive Director, Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing (PDM) Strategy, lead development of PDM strategies with an enterprise mindset, providing clarity for leaders and decision makers. Lead strategic analysis projects as a member of a high-performance internal consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, revise, and maintain PDM network strategies for clinical & commercial manufacturing; codify strategies and operating principles and formulate new network strategies based on business needs.
- Lead strategic analysis and option evaluations; present recommendations to PDM Leadership Team and beyond PDM.
- Conduct analyses, stakeholder interviews, and external benchmarking to support recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance PDM delivery.
- Build PDM strategies aligned with corporate goals; serve as relationship-builder and communicator across PDM and Gilead.

Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years with BS/BA, OR
- 10+ years with MS/MA or MBA.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 12+ years relevant experience, or masterโ€™s/PhD/MD with 10+ years; 3+ years at top-tier consulting firm or similar bio-pharma manufacturing/technical development strategy role.
- Biotech/pharma industry experience with cross-functional collaboration; strong business acumen; ability to deliver strategic analysis impacting global manufacturing/development.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, influence without direct reporting, and work cross-functionally in complex multinational supply chains; excellent communication, consensus-building, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $226,185.00 - $292,710.00. May include discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentives; paid time off and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
