Director, Patient Services Site of Care Strategy

Role: Director of Patient Services Site of Care Strategy to support launch and commercialization of DT120 (psychedelic-derived treatment for psychiatric disorders). Responsibilities: develop and implement site of care engagement strategies, treatment center readiness, referral workflows, REMS compliance, and operational support; create training, onboarding, and educational resources; gather operational feedback for continuous improvement; oversee internal training and REMS education; lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Market Access; utilize data analytics to optimize patient and program success; manage team and promote departmental culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, or related; 10+ years industry experience with 5+ years in Patient Services; deep understanding of PS compliance, REMS strategies, and external provider engagement; launch experience in U.S. pharma, CNS/psychiatry preferred; strong communication, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
