Role Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for PPS in Primary Care product teams; lead development, execution, and operationalization of patient support programs and services.
- Ensure patient services meet needs of patients and healthcare providers aligned to product launch strategies; create tools to improve launch quality/efficiency.
- Monitor and audit program launches; track brand needs, strategies, and therapeutic area trends.
- Evaluate and manage cost-effective vendor solutions (in partnership with Affordability CoE) to reduce affordability barriers; optimize brand-level expenditures based on patient outcomes.
- Develop affordability strategies for commercially insured and cash patients.
- Set strategic direction for Hub services (vendor selection, design, performance monitoring); oversee Hub operations and provider-facing support; surface insights to brand leadership.
- Perform active case management with Hub and A&R teams; partner with Channel Management for a frictionless patient/customer experience.
- Identify/partner with best-in-class vendors (e.g., prior authorization, including AI-powered capabilities); support field reimbursement and broader patient journey.
- Shape direct-to-patient options; enhance patient experience (e.g., consent management); reflect prescribing/dispensing trends.
- Monitor external landscape, competitors, and payer trends impacting access/adherence.
- Integrate PPS leadership into planning/marketing; build cross-functional relationships; use data/analytics to improve post-Rx journey stages; lead periodic business reviews; design compliant programs.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (advanced degree preferred); 8+ years biopharma patient services strategy or related.
- Strategic planning and financial skills; cross-functional leadership/stakeholder management; exceptional written/verbal communication; commitment to growth/collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
- Vendor experience (prior auth, direct-to-patient); advising brand teams on patient support for launches; knowledge of programs promoting access/adherence; strong analytical/interpersonal/entrepreneurial mindset.

- Base salary: $176,600โ€“$294,300; bonus target 20% of base; eligible for long-term incentive.
