Director, Patient Services Patient Strategy

Role: Director of Patient Services Patient Strategy responsible for developing and executing support strategies for the commercial launch of DT120, a psychedelic-based psychiatric therapy. Responsibilities: design patient support programs including REMS, oversee onboarding, treatment, and long-term follow-up processes; integrate AI, automation, and digital tools for enhanced patient experience; develop operational workflows, training materials, and external engagement content; lead launch readiness activities and cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Marketing, and Regulatory teams; ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage promotional review processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field; 10+ years industry experience with at least 5 in Patient Services; deep knowledge of PS compliance, REMS strategies, and regulated therapies; experience in CNS/psychiatry, specialty pharma, or complex treatments; strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
