Director, Patient Services Operations

Role: Director, Patient Services Operations, leading a team to support the commercial launch of DT120, a psychedelic-based CNS therapy. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, managing Case Management teams, supporting REMS planning, creating infrastructure for patient journey management, and ensuring compliance with FDA and other regulations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales to align engagement strategies, developing SOPs, KPIs, and quality standards, and driving a patient-centric, data-driven culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, or related; 10+ years industry experience with at least 5 years in Patient Services Ops leadership; deep understanding of PS compliance, REMS strategies, and CNS/psychiatry therapeutic areas; launch experience in the U.S. pharma market; strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and strategic skills. High-Value: CNS/psychiatry, psychedelic therapeutics, launch readiness, REMS, patient support infrastructure, CRM systems, and compliance; travel 10–20% during launch.
