Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end patient marketing strategy for Beam’s Sickle Cell Disease asset.
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-person channels.
- Drive digital engagement innovation (websites, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and emerging technologies).
- Oversee creation of patient-facing materials and programs with creative agencies, digital partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Spearhead a patient ambassador program in collaboration with compliance and legal.
- Manage branded product websites and digital interfaces to patient support services.
- Direct research and analytics to understand patient needs, preferences, and digital behaviors.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize using data-driven insights.
- Ensure initiatives meet medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) standards and corporate policies.
- Champion ethical, patient-first communication that supports informed decision-making.
- Partner with patient advocacy teams; define roles and remit for cross-functional patient tactics and integrate advocacy perspectives.
- Collaborate with Patient Services & Patient Operations to optimize patient communications and engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech experience with 5+ years focused on US Patient Marketing.
- Sickle Cell Disease and cell & gene therapies experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting field teams and new product/major indication launches.
- Proven digital marketing, patient engagement, multi-channel campaign execution.
- Experience with patient ambassador programs, including compliance/legal and investment decisions.
- Deep understanding of patient journeys and patient/caregiver engagement in rare diseases.
- Ability to manage external partners, agencies, and budgets.
- Proven ability to navigate MLR review and approval processes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, influence, strategic thinking, relationship-building, analytical, and results-oriented skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Onsite requirement: Candidates are expected to come onsite 1–3 days per week.
