The Director, Patient Experience Analytics will serve as a strategic thought partner across the Patient Experience and U.S. Commercial communities, building deep business understanding and forging strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. This leader will shape and deliver proactive and responsive analyses, dashboards, and tools that surface actionable insights β while also guiding the development of future-fit solutions in support of pipeline expansion and evolving business needs.
They will collaborate closely with Patient Experience and U.S. Commercial leadership, Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Market Access, Field Operations, Business Information Systems, and external partners to ensure insights are aligned, integrated, and actionable across the enterprise. This position will report directly to the Head, Patient Experience Analytics.
