Role: Patient Centered Science (PCS) Director leading therapy area and project-level patient-centered evidence strategies, focusing on clinical outcome assessments (COAs), patient-reported outcomes (PROs), and broader patient experience data throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities: develop and execute evidence strategies, advise on endpoint selection and instrument development, identify evidence gaps, support regulatory and market access activities, conduct patient insights research, manage external vendors, and contribute to scientific communications. Requirements: Bachelor's in a clinical, social, or biological science; Master's in outcomes research, epidemiology, or related; MD preferred; minimum 5 years in biopharma; proven expertise in COA/PRO or patient-centered science; strong understanding of clinical development, study design, and evidence interpretation; experience with qualitative/quantitative methods and cross-functional collaboration.
