Director, Patient Affordability Analytics

Responsibilities:
- Lead and innovate data assets and strategies to create and measure Pfizer patient affordability and copay programs.
- Coordinate stakeholders and partner with cross-functional teams to improve patient affordability data/analytics platforms.
- Use healthcare industry knowledge and trends to recommend new approaches for program design and operational effectiveness/efficiency.
- Maintain systems, databases, and records per copay SOPs and policies.
- Apply complex data modeling/aggregation/analytics (e.g., data quality & stewardship, integration, mastering, statistics, reporting) to inform decisions.
- Analyze and model business questions; present insights clearly to guide decision-making.
- Procure, lead, and apply patient affordability data assets to measure programs, innovate solutions, and enhance net sales potential.
- Provide expertise on copay/affordability data; respond to ad hoc partner needs and take ownership to resolve issues.
- Partner with teams to set centralized data strategy for stewardship, usage, and development; build systematic data quality issue identification/resolution; integrate datasets for a 360-degree view; create program metrics and impact dashboards.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
- 8+ years in an analytical role (consulting, quantitative research, secondary analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling).
- Consulting and experience analyzing patient/claims data highly desired.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical reimbursement processes (medical and pharmacy).
- Demonstrated ability managing complex projects/data sets.
- Expertise with claims datasets (e.g., IQVIA LAAD) and copay/affordability sources (e.g., CoverMyMeds, Relay Health, copay/voucher data).
- Experience building financial models estimating affordability impact to gross-to-net and net sales.
- Analytical model development and database manipulation experience.

Skills/Tools:
- Strategic, analytical, leadership, communication, quantitative, project management skills; attention to detail.
- Hands-on SAS, SQL, Python; MS Office; Tableau/PowerBI.
- Translate unstructured data into actionable insights.

- Compensation includes base salary range of $162,900–$271,500, eligible for Global Performance Plan bonus (20% target) and long-term incentive.
