Role: Lead Pathology Services for Agilent's Companion Diagnostics (CDx) team, focusing on developing pathology workflows and supporting clinical trials for cancer diagnostic assays. Responsibilities: manage pathology team workload, oversee slide shipment and consultant coordination, develop assay scoring algorithms, prepare digital pathology strategies, collaborate with Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and QA teams to meet project timelines, and oversee tissue sample quality control (IQC). Also contribute to assay development protocols and ensure IRB/IEC approvals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher; 10+ years in cancer diagnostic assays, particularly IHC; experience in pathology workflows, assay development, and companion diagnostics management. Preferred: prior pathology setting experience, management skills, and cross-functional team participation.
