Director, Oracle ERP

Role: Director of Oracle ERP Delivery responsible for strategy, optimization, and governance of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platform supporting global finance operations. Responsibilities include leading system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, process improvements, and automation to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient financial systems aligned with business objectives. The role involves managing cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, and team development, with a focus on financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Information Systems, or related; 10+ years of financial systems leadership experience, particularly in regulated industries like biotech; deep Oracle EBS Financials expertise; strong understanding of core accounting processes, controls, SOX compliance, and system integrations; project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: Advanced degree, experience leading teams and managing vendors, and biotech or regulated industry background. High-Value: Focus on financial systems within a regulated biopharma environment, supporting accounting operations, controllership, and compliance. Work setup: Hybrid or on-site options, with flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.
