Director or Senior Director, Translational Medicine Lead

Role: Immunology Translational Medicine Program Lead overseeing biomarker strategies for early and late-phase clinical trials in a biotech focused on targeted protein degradation, primarily in immunology and respiratory indications. Responsibilities: develop and validate clinical assays across multiple platforms, interpret biomarker data, support clinical trial design, author clinical and regulatory documents, and manage external partnerships with CROs and academic collaborators. Requirements: PhD with 8-10+ years in translational science within biotech/pharma, proven success in immunology/respiratory biomarker programs, and experience delivering high-quality clinical biomarker data. Preferred: innovative approach to translational medicine, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, experience with biomarker assay development and regulatory documentation (IND, IB).
