Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic, data-driven intelligence to strengthen biopharmaceutical manufacturing and supply network (monitor/interpret internal & external signals across GMP/CMC, MS&T, engineering standards, quality, EHS, supply chain, advanced manufacturing).
- Own end-to-end intelligence/analytics pipeline: define questions, integrate data, build repeatable analyses, and deliver executive narratives & recommendations.
- Develop an intelligence agenda and lead trend/scenario/sensitivity/benchmarking analyses for network strategy, capacity planning, and investment decisions.
- Build and govern analytics products/dashboards integrating manufacturing performance, quality, deviations/CAPA, supply, and engineering reliability (data quality, definitions, traceability).
- Translate technical/regulatory topics into executive briefings; monitor emerging manufacturing technologies and assess readiness/value/adoption pathways.
- Provide decision support for strategy reviews and business cases (e.g., ROI/NPV/IRR, total cost modeling, trade-offs); establish analytical rigor and lead peer review.
- Mentor analysts and drive cross-functional alignment via workshops.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree + 12+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, CMC, MS&T, quality, engineering, supply chain, or operational excellence, including translating data into executive decisions.
- Deep GMP operations knowledge (batch records, deviations, CAPA, change control, validation) and corresponding shop floor/quality/supply data.
- Manufacturing engineering standards knowledge (automation, utilities, maintenance/reliability, process equipment, EHS-by-design).
- Proven ability to design/execute analytics strategies in regulated environments.
- Experience with external manufacturing ecosystems (e.g., CMOs) and regulatory/industry best practices.
