Main Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Execution Support: Support strategic initiatives by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across teams; maintain integrated project schedules and dependencies; identify and address risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; work with senior leaders as needed while maintaining accountability to the EDO Head; facilitate cross-functional alignment.
- Portfolio & Financial Management: Manage budgets and track financial performance across the PSS Enterprise Delivery Office portfolio; allocate change management and communication resources effectively, monitoring spend and forecasting needs; maintain portfolio visibility into project financials and identify risks/opportunities; support business case development and ROI analysis; partner with finance and procurement for compliance and efficiency.
- Change Management and Communication: Develop and execute change management strategies and define success metrics; create executive presentations/briefings/communications; translate complex details into executive-ready narratives; draft team communications for stakeholders; act as a thought partner to leadership on communication challenges; ensure consistent messaging across the portfolio.
- Team Operations & Event Management: Plan and coordinate meetings, offsites, and team events; manage calendars and governance/leadership touchpoints; support onboarding; drive continuous improvement in team processes; maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in communications, project management, operations, strategy, or consulting (pharma/biotech/healthcare)
- Budget and financial performance tracking experience
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrix environment
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong change management understanding
- Proficiency in project management tools, financial modeling, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong analytical/problem-solving; shift between detailed and strategic work
- US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications
- Patient services/commercial/franchise operations experience (pharma/biotech)
- Management consulting/strategy background; event planning experience
- Familiarity with organizational transformations
- Chief of staff or similar leadership support experience
- PMP (or equivalent)
- Advanced degree (MBA or clinical)

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel.
