Title: Director β Integrated Process Team (IPT), Operations
Responsibilities / Duties
- Promote Safety First, Quality Always; establish Target Zero and Right First-Time; review/approve compliance documents.
- Lead IPT governance and Tier system; ensure reliable supply to internal/external customers; manage supply performance metrics (schedule adherence, release on time, customer service, product lead time); provide purchasing and capital project approval (within Grant of Authority).
- Build the Company Production System (MPS) and continuous improvement culture using innovation, technology, and digital solutions; develop strategic manufacturing/process/equipment/HR initiatives; report IPT monthly metrics; implement corrective actions from Continuous Improvement Audits.
- Drive improvement projects to improve efficiency, cycle time, yield, reduce variability, and eliminate waste.
- Develop/manage IPT operating budget; meet budget and reduce costs; ensure IPT members understand business financial impact.
- Develop talent: coaching, career paths, performance feedback/evaluations, and support talent management plans for IPT and E2E staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or technical field).
- 9+ years across multiple functional areas (Operations, Quality, Technical Operations, Technology, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain).
- 4+ years line experience with responsibility for direct/indirect reports.
- Preferred: Advanced degree; 4+ years relevant manufacturing/processing (aseptic/sterile, bulk, solid oral dosage, packaging, etc.); 2+ management pathway roles; knowledge of High Performing Organization tools/MPS/lean; inclusion leadership; regulatory inspection interaction; talent management/reorg/strategic initiative successes.
