Director, Operational Technology Security Strategy & Execution (Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellow)

Role: Lead Operational Technology security strategy and governance within a global industrial organization, focusing on safeguarding manufacturing, research, and animal health operations from cyber threats. Responsibilities: direct critical initiatives, chair security task forces and councils, develop a unified security strategy, and influence senior stakeholders across diverse functions. Lead cross-functional efforts, facilitate strategic alignment, and report progress to executive leadership. Qualifications: extensive experience (likely 10+ years) in OT security, with strong foundational knowledge of operational technology, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks. Proven leadership in complex, regulated environments, with superb stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred: experience in critical infrastructure, defense, energy, or utilities sectors, with familiarity in compliance frameworks and governance. High-value specifics: focus on cyber defense of industrial infrastructure, including manufacturing and research environments, with emphasis on strategic leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: flexible work arrangements; candidate must be a transitioning service member completing a 12-week fellowship aligned with DoD SkillBridge; US and Puerto Rico residents only.
