Qualifications: extensive experience (likely 10+ years) in OT security, with strong foundational knowledge of operational technology, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks. Proven leadership in complex, regulated environments, with superb stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred: experience in critical infrastructure, defense, energy, or utilities sectors, with familiarity in compliance frameworks and governance. High-value specifics: focus on cyber defense of industrial infrastructure, including manufacturing and research environments, with emphasis on strategic leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
