Role: Lead Operational Technology security at a global manufacturing and research organization, focusing on defending critical infrastructure from cyber-attacks. Responsibilities: drive strategic initiatives, chair security task force and council, coordinate cross-divisional efforts, develop a unified security strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and report on progress. Requirements: strong operational technology security expertise, foundational knowledge in OT, proven leadership in complex, regulated environments; exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
