Director, Operational Technology Security Strategy & Execution

Purpose of the Position
- Provide Operational Technology (OT) security leadership, coordinating across the global enterprise to develop robust security solutions and improve the organization’s security posture.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead critical security initiatives by coordinating efforts across technical teams and business partners.
- Chair the Operational Technology Security Task Force to ensure progress and resolve execution challenges.
- Coordinate the Operational Technology Security Council (executive-level governance) to align strategy and secure top-level support.
- Build a unified OT security strategy by identifying gaps and opportunities across all OT security efforts.
- Influence and align in a complex, matrixed environment, often without direct authority.
- Translate technical goals into actionable plans and report progress to senior leadership.

Your Profile / Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of Operational Technology and essential experience in OT security.
- Exceptional ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders; proven consensus-building and executive alignment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results through others.
- Experience from complex regulated sectors (e.g., energy, critical infrastructure, defense, utilities); pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
