Director, Operational Excellence

Role: Director of Operational Excellence at a biotech focused on antibody therapeutics for cancer and serious diseases. Responsibilities: shape and lead enterprise-wide improvement strategies, promote continuous improvement culture, govern and prioritize transformation projects, coach leaders on Lean/6 Sigma methodologies, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage data/AI for insights and performance metrics.
