Responsibilities:
- Evolve Operational Excellence frameworks (standards, methodologies, governance, best practices) to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead improvement initiatives in Research, Development and/or TechOps; develop, execute, and realize value from project plans.
- Coach senior leaders and employees in Lean/6 Sigma, change leadership, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- Drive cross-functional transformation by partnering with leaders to remove barriers and deliver sustainable enterprise improvements.
- Measure, communicate, and sustain impact via KPIs, performance reporting, governance forums, and monitoring.
- Build organizational capability through learning approaches, communities of practice, and adoption of improvement principles.
- Drive performance using AI/data/insights: define metrics, operational health indicators, and actionable insights.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement (innovation, accountability, collaboration, learning).
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations Management, or related; MBA/MSc preferred.
- 15+ years leading Operational Excellence/Business Transformation/Continuous Improvement (Lean/6 Sigma) OR 12+ years with a Master’s.
- Measurable business impact across multiple functions.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (required).
- Additional certifications (Prosci, PMP, Agile, BPM, Process Mining) advantageous.
- Enterprise-wide Operational Excellence framework experience.
- Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority; govern complex transformation/CI portfolios.
- AI-enabled process improvement experience strongly preferred; global matrix experience preferred (regulated industry preferred).

- Stakeholder management, exceptional written/verbal communication, prioritization.
